Paul Kaetterhenry

Paul graduated from Westfield High School.  He managed his own rural newspaper business from 1994-2002 and was an independent contractor for Marshfield News Herald, USA Today, and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. 

In 2002, he began a karaoke DJ entertainment service and maintained this business for 5 years. 

From 2007-2008, he drove dry van freight and end dump trailer for GH Miller and DEFI Trucking. 

In 2009, Paul purchased his first truck, drove as an owner-operator, and created Full House Trucking, LLC. 

He started his own authority in 2015 with Full House Trucking, LLC and built a fleet of up to 9 drivers.  He maintained this business until 2023. 

After building his own home, he began driving for Haas & Sons Transport in spring of 2024. 

In 2025, God called Paul and his wife to develop Different Ministry and its three sub-ministries. 

He is president and founder of Different Ministry, Inc. and is currently a recovery mentor for Made New Recovery in the community and in the Clark County Jail.  He attends North Ridge Church in Greenwood, WI.

Founder

Nicole Kaetterhenry, BS MLS(ASCP)

Nicole Kaetterhenry is an Associate Clinical Curation Scientist at PreventionGenetics. In the nearly 11 years she has worked at PreventionGenetics, she has also worked as a clinical/diagnostic lead technician and manager.  She also worked in the Microbiology department at the Marshfield Clinic from 2002-2014.

Nicole holds a degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, WI (2002, BS) and is certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP).

Nicole has been the state director for Wisconsin Science Olympiad, Inc. since 2019 and has been involved with the organization for close to 20 years.  She also holds the position of vice president on the WSO Board of Directors.

Nicole is the co-founder and vice-president of Different Ministry, Inc. and is a recovery mentor for Made New Recovery in the community.

Co-founder

Duane Epton, DTM (Toastmasters Highest Designation as a speaker). He and his wife Carol came to central Wisconsin five years ago to be with his daughter, son in law to live with them on their 38 acre hobby farm with seven of their 13 grandchildren.  During his 47 years in Alaska, God blessed him with a family of four, multiple businesses and a passion for growing men and woman for the kingdom. For the last 33 years God guided him with his wife Carol to grow a million dollar yearly business Representing Alaska Airlines Magazine with his territory the State of Alaska. His passion for growing men and women expressed itself in leading a business owner faith development groups for 18 years (CBMC). The last 23 years God prepared him to mentor and guide people towards better presentation and speaking skills. A teacher at heart, a trained speaker he has found a calling to return men and women to the Battlefield against Satan. As a presenter and writer Duane is focused on the daily “Battle” with Satan and our response being the “Unlocking of Your Testimonial Story(s)” which share the salvation Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Donna Rozar

Donna Rozar is a retired nurse educator and clinical RN. She taught for Marion University College of Nursing and UWEC College of Nursing and Health Sciences. She also worked as a cardiac medical/surgical nurse on 3 North at Marshfield Medical Center from 2002- 2020. 

Donna holds degrees from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville (1981, BSN) and Viterbo University, La Crosse (2008, MSN). Her diploma in nursing was awarded from Virginia Baptist Hospital in Lynchburg VA. 

Donna serves on the Wood County Board of Supervisors (2000-present) where she is chair of the Health and Human Services Committee. She represented the 69th Assembly District in the WI State Legislature from 2021-2025. 

“Serving on the Different Ministries Board allows input into serving a population that needs supernatural help to overcome challenges. This help can only be found in Jesus Christ and this ministry introduces people to that help.”

Donna is involved in the Wood County Jail ministry and attends North Ridge Church in Marshfield.
